She developed the content for three high-end national kitchen and bath magazines and two garden magazines that are sold at stores nationwide. She also regularly contributes to two issues on decorating small homes and condos, those less than 2,000 square-feet. Her first children’s book is completed and will be published next year. Barbara is adept at writing for a wide variety of publications and subjects. She started out as a magazine writer, segued to books, then daily and monthly newspaper writing. She has her own syndicated real-estate column that runs in newspapers coast to coast. As the industry saw the rise of web content, she entered that field, writing for a national trade association with a web magazine and for a nonprofit that offered courses online.
